Executive Advisory for Women in Leadership

A Space to Recalibrate — Without Stepping Away

A confidential one-to-one engagement to restore clarity, deep inner trust, and sustained energy, without adding to your load.

  • For a long time, I’ve worked with purpose-driven women who carry significant responsibility — who perform at a high level while quietly holding more than they let on.

Most are outwardly successful, yet privately feel they are performing a role while leaving themselves out.

Over time, this level of sustained internal and external pressure accumulates — in the body, in the nervous system, and in the internal stance from which they make decisions.

They begin to experience a subtle loss of clarity, vitality, or inner alignment while continuing to perform outwardly.

    Some also say:

    “I feel stuck.”
    “I can’t stop overthinking.”
“I know I want more fulfillment, but I don’t know how to get there.”

Many don’t want or can’t afford to step away, yet they need a way to recalibrate within the realities of life and leadership.

I created Working Sabbatical™ as a way to bring a level of clarity and deep recalibration traditionally associated with a sabbatical, into their work week.

Our work together is private, structured, integrative, time-bound and deeply attentive. It provides an expansive leadership container for integration and sustainable growth — without adding to your workload.

It’s an effective way to relieve the internal effects of pressure, overextension, overthinking, and constant demand when they begin to show — not only in the role, but in the body and the internal space from which they lead and make decisions.

It is especially relevant for women who feel they cannot step away — yet know something needs to shift.

The work supports change at the root of how leadership is internally organized — restoring clarity, inner trust, and vital energy, for healthier boundaries, ease in decision-making and meaningful relationships.

  • This work is for women who are highly capable, deeply committed, and trusted in their roles — yet find themselves carrying more than they show.

They continue to perform at a high level, even as something internally feels off.

Over time, responsibility accumulates — across work, relationships, and unspoken expectations — creating a quiet sense of overextension or disconnection from themselves.

Many have already invested in other modalities.

And yet, certain patterns remain — over-responsibility, difficulty stepping back, or a sense of having to hold everything together and alone.

This work is especially relevant for those who cannot step away from responsibility — yet recognize that continuing in the same way is not sustainable.

It is not suitable for those looking for a quick fix, and who are not ready for a deeper connection with themselves.

  • Our collaboration takes place as a private, one-to-one engagement over a period of 3-6 months, and is designed to integrate into the current demand of your life — not add to them.

Sessions are confidential, structured, integrative and deeply attentive, creating a space where you do not need to do more, manage, or hold everything together or alone.

The approach is facilitative and non-directive, supporting the conditions from which inner trust, clarity, inner authority, and sustainable leadership naturally emerge and become embodied.

Over time, patterns and generational imprints that have been carried — personally and professionally — begin to surface and can be worked with directly, allowing what is no longer serving to be transformed.

This is not a quick solution, but a focused and intentional process for those ready to work at the level where these patterns live, and who want to lead without leaving themselves out.
